Incorporated on 4 July, 1991, Menon Bearings Limited (MBL) commenced business on 23 September, 1991
Promoted by Menon Pistons, MBL is engaged into manufacturing of critical engine components i
e Bearings, bushes, thrust washers used in long haul, heavy duty diesel engines & multi axle vehicles at two locations and manufacturing of aluminium die casting components at another location
It has now diversified from applications in engines to brakes, transmission, axles, steering, suspension, marine, power generation, electrical etc
It came out with a public issue in Jan
'93 to part-finance its Rs 8
17-cr project to manufacture the above items and to meet long-term working capital requirements
The plant is located at MIDC, Kolhapur
MBL has a technical agreement with King, Israel, which provides technical know-how for design, manufacture and commissioning
MPL supplies to OEMs like Telco, Maruti Udyog, Mahindra & Mahindra, Kirloskar Cummins, Greaves, Eicher, etc

Declared interim dividend for the financial year 2021-22 of Rs. 2.00/- per Equity share (i.e. 200% of paid up share capital of the Company) of face value of Re. 1/- each. We wish to inform to all shareholders that, those shareholders whose name appears in the register of members on Thursday, 28th October, 2021 being record date are eligible to receive Interim Dividend declared by the Board of Directors for F.Y. 2021-22 (Rs. 2.00/- per Equity share (i.e. 200% of paid up share capital of the Company) of face value of Re. 1/- each. ). The dividend will be credited to the bank account of eligible shareholders whose bank account details are available, by electronic mode i.e RTGS/ NACH/ Direct Credit from 03rd November, 2021 & to others, DD's will be dispatched between 06th November, 2021 to 12th November, 2021. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 28.10.2021)
