- Madhucon Projects Limited was erstwhile incorporated on March 15, 1990 as Madhu Continental Constructions Private Limited
- The status was switched from Private Limited to Public Limited in 1995 and the name of the Company was changed to 'Madhucon Projects Limited'
- It has been one of the fastest growing infrastructure companies in India with more than three decades of experience in EPC & turnkey projects, power, mining, irrigation, national highways, bridges and flyovers etc
- Madhucon has been building expressways, national highways, tunnels, flyovers and bridges throughout the country
- At present, Company is engaged in the business of development and execution of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) and Turnkey Projects in multiple sectors such as Transportation, Irrigation, Water Resource Infrastructures, Railways, development of smart cities and properties in India
- Majority of the development projects of the Company have been based on Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) and Turnkey Projects
- During 1996-97, the company had submitted several prestigious infrastructural projects for construction of National Highways, in collaboration with M/s Binapuri Holdings, BHD, Koula Lumpur, Malaysia
- During the year 1997, the company had executed three flyovers in Hyderabad
- The company got a contract from National Highways Authority of India and Ministry of Surface Transport, Government of India during the year of 1997-98 for strengthening of NH-5 from Vijaywada to Eluru
- Hymavathi Hydel Dam project of the company in Karnataka was successfully completed in the year 1998 and in the year 1999, the NH-5 from Vijaywada to Eluru was completed
