Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the company will remain closed from 20th September, 2025 to 26th September, 2025 and the Record date is 19th September, for the purpose of 32nd AGM, E-Voting and payment of final dividend, if declared.
