Recommendation of final dividend @ Rs. 1.50/- per equity share i.e., @ 15% (subject to deduction of TDS) on the face value of Rs.10/- each, for the Financial Year 2025-26, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The final dividend is in addition to 1st interim dividend @ Rs.1.15/- per equity share, 2nd interim dividend @ Re.1.00/- per equity share, 3rd interim dividend @ Rs.1.15/- per equity share and 4th interim dividend @ Rs.1.25/- per equity share already declared and paid for the Financial Year 2025-26. The Record date has been fixed as 17th August, 2026 for the purpose of Final Dividend (FY 2025-26) subject to the approval of shareholders in 56 AGM, scheduled to be held on 24th August, 2026. Declaration of 1st Interim Dividend of Rs.1.25/- per equity share i.e. 12.50 % (subject to deduction of TDS) on the face value of Rs.10/- each, for the Financial Year 2026-27 and fixation of Friday, 31st July, 2026 as Record date for reckoning eligibility of shareholders for the purpose of payment of 1st Interim Dividend. The process of payment of Interim Dividend will be completed within 30 days of its declaration. In relation to the taxation of dividend, shareholders are being requested to refer to the communication uploaded HUDCO website under the tab Investors Dividend TDS Communication.

Declaration of 4 th Interim Dividend for Financial Year 2025-26 and fixation of Record date Declaration of 4 th Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.25/- per equity share i.e., @ 12.50% (subject to deduction of TDS) on the face value of Rs.10/- each, for the Financial Year 2025-26 and fixation of Saturday, 28th March, 2026 as Record date for reckoning eligibility of shareholders for the purpose of payment of 4th Interim Dividend

Declaration of 3rd Interim Dividend of Rs.1.15/- per equity share i.e., @ 11.50% (subject to deduction of TDS) on the face value of Rs.10/- each, for the Financial Year 2025-26 and fixation of Saturday, 7th February, 2026 as Record date for reckoning eligibility of shareholders for the purpose of payment of 3rd Interim Dividend. The process of payment of Interim Dividend will be completed within 30 days of its declaration

Declaration of 2nd Interim Dividend of Re. 1/- per equity share i.e., @ 10% (subject to deduction of TDS) on the face value of Rs.10/- each, for the Financial Year 2025-26 and fixation of Wednesday, 19 th November, 2025 as Record date for reckoning eligibility of shareholders for the purpose of payment of 2nd Interim Dividend.

Board approved Final Dividend for FY 2024-25 The Board of Directors also recommended final dividend @ Rs. 1.05/- per equity share i.e., @ 10.50% (subject to deduction of TDS) on the face value of Rs.10/- each, for the Financial Year 2024-25, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The final dividend is in addition to 1st interim dividend of Rs.2.05/- per equity share and 2nd interim dividend of Rs.1.05/- per equity share already declared and paid for the Financial Year 2024-25. After approval of the shareholders, the final dividend will be paid within the statutory period of 30 days from the date of approval.

Declaration of 2nd Interim Dividend for the FY 2024-25 and fixation of Record Date The Board of Directors, in their meeting held on Monday, 10th March, 2025, inter-alia considered and approved declaration of Second Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.05/- per equity share, i.e. @ 10.50% (subject to deduction of TDS) on the face value of Rs. 10/- each, for the Financial Year 2024-25 and fixed Friday, 14th March, 2025 as Record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend. The process for payment of Interim Dividend will be completed within 30 days of its declaration.
