AGM

Recommendation of a final dividend of Rs. 23/- per equity share only, i.e., (230%) on Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up, for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing AGM. The said dividend, if approved, shall be paid to the shareholders on September 17, 2026. The Company has fixed August 19, 2026 as the record date for payment of final dividend, if approved by the shareholders in the ensuing AGM of the Company.

Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Friday, February 13, 2026 Declaration of interim dividend@ 35% i.e., Rs. 3.50/- per equity share of Rs. I 0/- each for the Financial Year 2025-26. The interim dividend will be paid to all eligible shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as on the Record Date, i.e., Thursday, February 19, 2026. The dividend shall be disbursed on March 12, 2026.

AGM

Pursuant to Regulation 33(3) of SEBI (LODR), we are hereby enclosing audited financial results for the financial year ending March 31, 2025. Recommendation of final dividend of Rs.21.50 per share 215% on Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to shareholders' approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on August I 2, 2025, has inter alia considered and approved the following matters: Declaration oflnterim Dividend: In accordance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Pait A of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Board declared an interim dividend of 1000% (i.e., Rs.100/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each) for the Financial Year 2025-26. The interim dividend will be paid to all eligible shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as on the Record Date, i.e., Thursday, August 21, 2025. The dividend shall be disbursed on or before September 11, 2025.

Declaration of interim (special) dividend@! 00% i.e., Rs. 10/- per equity share, having a nominal value of Rs. 10/- for the Financial Year 2024-25. The interim (special) dividend shall be paid to all eligible shareholders on March 10, 2025, whose name appears in the Register of Members as on the Record date i.e., Tuesday, February 18, 2025.

The Board ofDirectors at the aforesaid Meeting has recommended a Dividend ofRs. 17.50 per equity share of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2024.
