Subsequently, the Company converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of Company was changed to 'Hindprakash Industries Limited' on November 29, 2018
The Company is engaged in the manufacturing and trading of Dyes, Auxiliaries, Intermediates and Chemicals
The Company started its manufacturing unit in 2008 to produce Disperse Dyes, Reactive Dyes and Textile auxiliaries for catering the needs of domestic textile industry
The Company has achieved a steady growth in productivity and has expanded its range of products from dyes to auxiliaries to speciality chemicals
With its wide range of products, the company caters to various industries viz
Dyestuff and Dye intermediates, Textiles, Construction Chemicals, Speciality Chemicals etc
The Company is located at Vatva i
in Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation, an Industrial Estate for manufacturing, blending and formulation of dyes, auxiliaries & intermediaries

The Board has Recommend a final dividend of Rs. 0.50/- (Fifty Paisa only) per equity share having Face Value of Rs. 10/- [Rupees ten only] i.e. 5% of face value per share for the financial year ended on 31st March 2023, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. Record date for the purpose of Dividend for the financial year 2022-23 (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 09.09.2023) Corrigendum to the Notice of the 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Annual Report for the Financial Year 2022-23 In this regard kindly note that the Company has issued a Corrigendum to the Shareholders on 14th September, 2023 informing all the Shareholders regarding the Revision in Record Date for determining shareholders for the purpose of payment of dividend. The revised record date is now Friday, 29th September, 2023 for the purpose of payment of dividend. A copy of the Corrigendum sent to shareholders is enclosed herewith as Annexure 'A' Intimation of Revision in Record date (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 14.09.2023)
