The Record date for the payment of aforesaid interim dividend shall be Friday, le November, 2025 and the payment date of the said interim dividend shall be on or before 6th December 2025.

The Board of Directors of the Company has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 1.501- per share (15%) on 9,92,65,845 (Nine Crores Ninety Two Lakhs Sixty Five Thousand Eight Hundred Fourty Five) Equity Shares of Rs. 10- each, for the financial year 2024-25, for approval by the Members of the Company at ensuing Annual General Meeting. The total dividend for the year (subject to approval by the Shareholders of the Company at ensuing Annual General Meeting) would be Rs. 14,88,98,768/- (Rupees Fourteen Crore Eighty Eight Lakhs Ninety Eight Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty Eight only). The Dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date it is approved by the Members at ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
