Final Dividend (₹2)
Intimation regarding Final Dividend recommended by the Board of Directors for the year ended 31st March, 2026. Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, 5th May, 2026, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of 20% for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026 i.e. Rs. 2.00 (Two Rupees Only) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each on the paid-up share capital, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. The final dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration at the AGM.
