The Board decided to recommend to the members a final dividend of Rs. 0.05/- per equity share for the financial year ended 31st March 2025, which shall be paid/ dispatched within 30 days from the date of ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM'), if declared and approved by the members at the AGM. Clarification on dividend declared 0.5% on the face value Re. 1/- This is with reference to your communication regarding the recent corporate actions undertaken by the Company in respect of stock split and dividend recommendation. The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on May 28, 2025, had recommended a dividend of 0.5% of the face value of ?10 per equity share, i.e. ?0.05 per share, subject to approval of the shareholders. The record date for the Dividend was fixed as September 22, 2025. Further, the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on July 28, 2025, approved a stock split of equity shares from face value of ?10 each to ?1 each, which was subsequently approved by the members through postal ballot concluded on August 30, 2025. The record date for the stock split was fixed as September 12, 2025, which falls prior to the dividend record date. Accordingly, post stock split, the dividend payable works out to 0.5% of the revised face value of ?1 per equity share, i.e. ?0.005 per share. For ease of reference and transparency, we draw attention to our earlier intimation regarding:  Dividend recommendation dated May 28, 2025; and  Stock split approval and record date intimation dated July 28, 2025 / August 30, 2025.
