- During the second half of the previous financial year 2010-11, there was a change in the Management of the Company
- The new management decided to revive the business of the Company and to expedite the process of establishing the Company in the market
- During the phase of recovery, the challenge before the Company was to strike the right balance between achieving growth and maintaining enough liquidity
