Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting (BM 03/2025-26) held today i.e., Monday, September 29, 2025, inter-alia, considered and approved the payment of Special Dividend, in commemoration of 30 years of operation of the Company, Rs. 20/- per equity shares on face value of Rs.10/- per equity share amounting to Rs.62.26 Crores. As intimated earlier on September 23, 2025, the record date for the purpose of payment of special dividend shall be Monday, October 06, 2025, and the Special dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of the declaration. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 12:30 P.M. IST and concluded at 01:15 P.M. IST.
