Crest Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2022, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022. This is to inform you that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Sunday, September 18, 2022 to Saturday, September 24, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 40th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company to be held on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the MCA and SEBI and for determining the eligibility for the payment of dividend, subject to tax deducted at source and subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing AGM. The Company has fixed Friday, September 16, 2022 a) as the record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive dividend, if declared at the AGM, for the Financial Year 2021-22 and; b) as cut-off date for determining the members eligible to vote on all resolutions set out in the Notice.
