About Company

Incorporated on March 27, 1986 as a private Limited Company, Cindrella Hotels Limited (CHL) was converted into a Public limited company in May 1992
The Company operate two lawns - Cindrella Park and Cherry Park and a club - Cindrella Park Club, at Siliguri, Jalpaiguri (West Bengal)
Presently, it is engaged in the business of hotels and runs a four star hotel at Siliguri in North Bengal and a tourist class property in Darjeeling-The Queen of Hills
It is also engaged in the business of selling tour packages to both domestic and international travelers
From the beginning it has been the philosophy of Company to market and promote tourism in Darjeeling, Sikkim and Bhutan leading to increased tourist arrivals in Siliguri and this region
CHL came out with a public issue of 27 lac equity shares at par in Jan
'94 to to finance the construction of a 47 rooms, 3-star deluxe category hotel with restaurant and bar, shopping complex, banquet and conference halls and a health club at Siliguri
The Swiss Hotels has started its operations at Darjeeling during October 2002
The development work at Chalsa Resort was started in 2004
It set up a green house for the cultivation of Garbera & Anthurium in 2005

This is to inform you that at its meeting held on 30th May, 2023 the Board of Directors of the company inter alia considered and approved the following: 1. Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2023 2. Recommendation of Final Dividend of Re.1/- for every equity share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up, for the financial year ended 31st march, 2023, subject to the approval of the share holders at the ensuing 37th Annual General Meeting. With reference to our intimation dated May 30, 2023, wherein we have informed that the Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on 30th May 2023, recommended the final dividend @ Re. 1.00 per share i.e. 10% to the equity share holders of the company for the FY 2022-23, subject to the approval of the share holders at the ensuing AGM of the company. Further to our aforesaid communication and in compliance of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, it is hereby informed that the Record Date has been fixed as 13th September 2023 for the purpose of taking the record of eligible shareholders / beneficial owners for the payment of final equity dividend, as may be approved by the share holders at the ensuing AGM of the company.
