In terms of Regulation 43 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors in their Meeting held today i.e. May 12, 2023 have recommended a Final Dividend @ 50% i.e. Rs.5.00/- per equity share of face value Rs.10/- each, subject to the approval of the Members at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting i.e. 104th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The date of the Annual General Meeting is not yet finalized and will be announced in due course. This is for your information and record. We would like to inform that board of directors recommended final dividend for the financial year 2022-2023. The dividend subject to approval at the 104th AGM shall be disbursed, subject to deduction of tax at source, to those members whose names appear in the company''s register of members as on record date being July 21, 2023.
