About Company
- Bhudevi Infra Projects Limited was originally incorporated on January 13, 1992 as United Fish-Nets Private Limited' in Andhra Pradesh
- Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to United Fish-Nets Limited' vide Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 20, 1993
- Further, it was changed to Nylofils India Limited' on February 28, 1996 and further to AARV Infratel Limited' on July 28, 2016
- In 2022, the takeover of the Company was completed by a new promoter group led by Bhasker Kanyalal Bhatt, along with Rohan Rajendra Bhatt, Pathika B Bhatt, and Madhav B Bhatt
- Following the 2022 acquisition, the Bhatt family took over control of the Company, and it was later altered from Aarv Infratel Limited to Bhudevi Infra Projects Limited with effect from 9 September, 2022
- The Company changed its business from Telecom Infrastructure to Real Estate through postal ballot dated 14th August, 2022
- Initially, Company was engaged into the Business of developing and trading of telecommunication systems, telecommunication networks & telecommunication services
- It provides Telecom related quality services of O&M, TSP, and SME etc
- When it came to designing and implementing new systems, operators demanded a successful deployment in terms of completion time, cost and quality
- In particular, they expected a smooth installation and delivery of new functionality that by no means disrupts running of network operations
