The Board of Directors have recommended a dividend of 1/- per share on equity shares of 10/- each of the Company (10%), subject to the annual of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. In terms of provisions of Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ('Listing Regulations'), this is to inform that August 06, 2026 has been fixed as the record date for determining the names of Members eligible for dividend on Equity Shares, if declared at the Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on August 13, 2026. Final Dividend @ Rs. 1.00 per equity share of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26, if declared at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid to the Members whose name appear in the Register of Members of the Company holding Shares in physical form on August 06, 2026, and in respect of shares held in electronic form, the dividend will be paid to those ''beneficiaries'' whose name appear on the statements of beneficial ownership furnished by NSDL and CDSL for this purpose, at the end of the business hours on August 06, 2026.
