Recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.60 per equity share (i.e. @ 6%) having face value of Rs. 10/- for the financial year 2024-25, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM'). The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the AGM, shall be paid/ dispatched within the prescribed time after the conclusion of the AGM. Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30, 42 and 44 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e. Monday, June 02, 2025 at the registered office of the Company situated at 503, Rohit House 3, Tolstoy Marg, Connaught Place, New Delhi- 110001. The Board has inter-alia considered and approved the following: Book closure date in connection with the 33rd AGM and Dividend payment for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. Accordingly, the Books shall remain close from Saturday, June 28, 2025, to Friday, July 04, 2025 (both days inclusive) and Final dividend, if declared at the AGM The Board of Directors, in its meeting held today, has approved the dates of book closure and record date for evoting , pdf attached (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 02.06.2025)
