The Board at their meeting held today, declared Final Dividend @ 15%, i.e. Rs. 1.50/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 31st March, 2025 This is to inform you that in our letter dated May 30, 2025, in reference to consideration of declaration of final dividend for the financial year 2024-25, the Record Date for ascertaining the names of the members who will be entitled to receive the final dividend was inadvertently mentioned as Friday, July 4, 2025 instead of Friday, August 1, 2025.
