Outcome of Board Meeting held on 28.04.2025 Recommended a dividend @ 250 % i.e., Rs. 25/- per share on 13,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each (previous year @250% i.e., Rs. 25/- per Equity Share), subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Tuesday, August 5, 2025, as the Record Date for determining entitlement of Members to dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. If the dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors is approved at the AGM, payment of such dividend, subject to deduction of tax at source, will be made on or after Friday, August 22, 2025.
