Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. May 5, 2026, inter-alia, has approved the following: Recommendation of Final Dividend of Rs 22.50 per equity share (i.e.225%) of face value of Rs. 10/- each, for the financial year 2025-26, to the members of the Company, which shall be paid subject to the approval of Members of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, the Company has fixed Wednesday, July 15, 2026 as the Record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement for members to receive final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Declaration of Interim Dividend of Rs.5/- per equity share (i.e. 50%) of face value of Rs.10/- each, for the financial year 2025-26. The record date for reckoning eligibility of shareholders for the purpose of payment of interim dividend will be Thursday, January 29, 2026. The interim dividend shall be paid on or before February 13, 2026.

AGM

Recommendation of final dividend of Rs 20 per equity share (i.e.200%) of face value of Rs. 10/- each, for the financial year 2024-25, to the members of the Company, which shall be paid subject to the approval of Members of the Company at forthcoming Annual General Meeting ('AGM'). Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from Thursday, June 26, 2025 to Wednesday, July 2, 2025 (both days inclusive) and the Company has fixed Wednesday, June 25, 2025 as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of determining the entitlement of Members to receive final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The payment of such dividend, if approved by the Members at the AGM, shall be distributed amongst the Shareholders, on or before July 28, 2025 and will be made subject to deduction of tax at source. Recommendation of Final Dividend of Rs.15/- per equity share (i.e.150%) of face value of Rs.10/- each, for the financial year ended March 31, 2024. The dividend, if declared at the AGM, shall be paid to the eligible shareholders on or before July 24, 2024.
