- In terms of consideration to the Scheme, Company has allotted 98,27,82,096 Equity Shares having the face value of Rs 2 each to Allcargo Logistics Limited on November 15, 2025
- Currently, the Company operates on an asset light and digital first model which enables end to end multimodal delivery
