- Subsequently, Company has been converted into a Public Limited Company and the name is changed to 'Active Infrastructures Limited' vide a Certificate of Incorporation dated August 09, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai
- Company operates mainly in two key segments: Infrastructure and Construction of Commercial Projects
- Within the Infrastructure segment, it focus in the construction of roads (including bridges), flyovers, water supply systems, irrigation projects, and other related infrastructure activities and in Construction of Commercial Projects, it build various spaces such as, office complexes, retail centers, exhibition halls, retail outlets, private educational institutions, and other facilities
- The Company operate on a pan-India scale, with their completed, ongoing and upcoming projects in the States of Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Tripura
- Following the approval for Scheme of Amalgamation in 2017-18 between M/s Rimjhim Tradelink Private Limited with the Company by the NCLT, Mumbai, the merger was given effect from April 01, 2016, In consideration of the Scheme, Company was required to issue and allot 4
- 60 Equity Shares of Re 1/- each for every 1 equity share of Rs 10/- each held in Rimjhim Tradelink Private Limited
- The Company acquired majority stake in Achievers Ventures Private Limited in 2022-23
- Digvijay Shradha Infrastructure Private Limited incorporated in 2023
- In addition to this, the Company acquired majority stake in Stargate Ventures LLP and Solus LLP in FY 2024-25
