Incorporated on 5 November 1984, Elegant Marbles and Grani Industries Limited was promoted by Rajesh Agrawal and Rakesh Agrawal
The company markets and processes marble and granite
The Company began its journey in 1984 by setting up a factory at Abu Road, Rajasthan
The Company provide wide range of imported marble and granite products serving the luxury residential projects, commercial establishments, hospitality infrastructure & premium interior applications
The Company focus in providing high-quality products with a diverse range of textures, colors and finishes in line with evolving market trends and customer preferences
In 1990, the Company opened its first formal showroom and office in Raghuvanshi Mills
Italian Marble Showroom set up in South Mumbai became the designers' dream and the builders' Mecca
Following this, the Raghuvanshi Mills was made the epicenter high -end luxury interior design related shopping
In 2004, Company ventured into international partnerships with brands like Versace
Elegant Marbles selected a wide and exotic bouquet of marbles and granites in a spectrum of combinations to go well with all combinations and interiors, and is capable of effortlessly producing two-and-a-half million square feet of superior quality marbles and granite tiles and slabs per year

Payment of final dividend is subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The dividend will be dispatched / paid within 30 days of its approval by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM. Corporate Action - Book closure - The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 07, 2023 to July 14, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 38th AGM and Final Dividend.

Board Recommends Final Dividend for approval of members In supersession to our letter dated June 1, 2022 and June 9, 2022 read with Board Meeting outcome dated May 28, 2022 only pertaining to Record date and Book closure information, we hereby clarify the following: The Record Date (Benpos Date) fixed for the purpose of determining entitlement of the Members for the Final Dividend is Wednesday, July 6, 2022 and such Dividend, if declared, will be paid within 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting (i.e. on or before August 11, 2022), upon approval by the shareholders at the 37th AGM. The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, July 7, 2022 to Wednesday, July 13, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Final Dividend and 37th AGM. Accordingly, the Record Date of July 01, 2022 as informed vide our letter dtd. 01.06.2022 is hereby withdrawn. The Record Date (Benpos Date) fixed for the purpose of determining entitlement of the Members for the Final Dividend is Wednesday, July 6, 2022 and such Dividend, if declared, will be paid within 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting (i.e. on or before August 11, 2022), upon approval by the shareholders at the 37th AGM. The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, July 7, 2022 to Wednesday, July 13, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Final Dividend and 37th AGM.
